You can track your order on-line¹. You will need to enter the consignment number sent in your email or text message*. You will only receive a tracking email if we have confirmed by email, your order has been despatched. If you have not received your email after 4pm on the day of despatch, please use the email form on the Contact Us page. We monitor all failed deliveries and will contact you to rearrange delivery.

If you do not know your consignment number, you can use the Advanced Search on the interlink web site, click FIND, once you are on the interlink site, click Another enquiry and Show Advanced, expand the page and enter your Delivery Post Code and click Search
